I have been praying for my two sons to be "preachers of the Word". I just had to snap this picture when I came upon this scene. Josh was actually reading this aloud to them. It is such a great blessing and responsibility to raise boys. I'm so thankful!
EASTER!?! At this rate anyhow we may have a white Easter. I woke up Sunday morning and it was snowing! I LOVE snow! I don't love being in the freezing stuff but love love love watching it fall and being "stuck" in the house with my family. It's soooo relaxing to me watching the snow fall. I snapped some pics. Isn't it beautiful?
Here's Macy at almost 7 months. I can't believe she's growing so fast! She is such a delightful little gal and such a blessing. I often call her my fat and happy baby.
I asked my son a series of questions about me. I thought his answers were cute and interesting but also revealed how he thinks of mommy. I wrote down his exact answers...here they are.
1. What is something I always say to you? "I Love You."
2. What makes me happy? "When I snuggle with you."
3. What makes me sad? "When I don't take care of my brother and sisters."
4. How do I make you laugh? "When I do silly stuff like tricks and wiggling around and being goofy."
5. What do you think I was like as a child? "Being nice and playing with baby dolls."
6. How old am I? "22"
7. How tall am I? "6 feet"
8. What is my favorite thing to do? "Play and snuggle with me."
9. What do I do when you're not around? "Come and hug my favorite puppy." (One evening he stayed the night at his grandma's and when he came home I told him I missed him so much that I snuggled with his favorite stuffed puppy.)
10. If I become famous, what will it be for? "You will be good at sports." (HA!)
11. What am I really good at? "telling stories, but you don't do it all the time." (he's talking about made up stories we tell at night sometimes rather than reading books.)
12. What am I not really good at? "playing choo-choo trains because you always rolled the train left and not straight." (we were rolling a train back and forth so he's talking about when I couldn't roll the train straight to him.)
13. What is my job? "clean up and take care of us and give us food."
14. What is my favorite food? "pancakes with juice"
15. What makes you proud of me? "you giving us food and being nice"
16. If I were a cartoon character, who would I be? "still my mommy" (AW!)
17. What do you and I do together? "we clean up, take care of each other, snuggle"
18. How are we the same? "by doing the same stuff and wearing the same clothes."
19. How are you and I different? "when we don't do the same stuff and don't wear the same clothes."
20. How do you know that I love you? "by being nice"
21. Where is my favorite place to go? "to your favorite favorite store Costco" (I do love Costco)

My camera is up and running thanks to batteries and duct tape. It works for now anyway...I'm praying for a new camera. So this morning I took some pics and wanted to post them since its been awhile since my last posting but when I put my SD card in I can't find my pictures. Before a window would pop open that would allow me to edit the pictures in Windows and export them to my computer but now there's no window so does anyone with smarts have any idea where on earth my pictures can be found? Thanks friends!
Thanks Jenny for this idea. I mentioned to her in her comments that I've had absolutely NO creative juices flowing lately so I copied her idea of posting random facts about my day. I loved reading this on her blog.
1. Didn't eat anything until 2:00
2. Ate the leftovers for lunch because no one else will
3. Craved sauerkraut today
4. AJ M. saw me in my pajamas! (YIKES)
5. Josh came home WAY too early for lunch
6. Learned by forcing my 5 year old to wipe his own bum he is capable of doing so
7. Cleaned up water, milk, and pee off the floor
8. Taught Greyson to wash himself in the bath, hair and all
9. Been dealing with a miserable canker sore
10. Babysat Josh B. for a short time
11. Visited Wendy R.
12. Learned my 2 year old likes pickled beets
13. Decided Monday is a good day for a movie
14. Made a new rule...ONE movie a week for the kids unless Josh decides to do movie night on Friday
15. Realized leftovers aren't all that bad when it means I'm eating leftover chocolate peanut butter banana cream pie
16. Enjoyed a London Fog from Starbucks
17. Cut my thumb while sweeping the floor but didn't realize it till I saw blood on my Swiffer Sweeper Vac and kitchen chair
18. Listened to Christmas music
19. While loading Josh B. in my van I realized 5 kids is a LOT harder than 4
20. Suspected pregnancy today only cause of my unusual sauerkraut craving
21. Envied my husband's new Blackberry phone
22. Realized he'll probably lose this one too
23. Bit my tongue from saying "You'll probably lose this one too"
24. Gave my hubby a big ol hug and kiss cause I love him!
25. Wondered how come I'm always off in my checkbook
