I don't know about you but for me Monday's are soooo crazy! I personally am not a fan of Mondays. I wish every day of the week could be Friday. Sunday's are so busy and so tiring that when Monday rolls around I'm exhausted! Most Monday's I wake up to a disorderly home because in the rush of getting ready for church things just don't get put back in their place. After church on Sunday evening's its routine for the Casaus Family to eat cereal and toast before bed. Sometimes I'm disciplined enough to clean up the dirty dishes but most of the time I tell myself to do it in the morning. By the way, did I mention I'm 32% lazy? Oh, yes it's true! I took the facebook quiz. :) Needless to say, I end up waking up Monday morning to cereal bowls and toast crumbs to clean up. Where on earth am I going with all this? I decided to start posting about my crazy "Manic Monday" So, here ya go...
woke up, sat down to read my Bible and drink the coffee Josh made me, made Josh lunch, got Macy, nursed Macy, prayed, got a phone call that I was supposed to be in Port Orchard by 8:00 a.m., threw Macy in the bath, threw Sam in the bath, took a shower, threw Myah in the shower with me, got dressed, threw Greyson in the shower, tried my hardest to find a last minute babysitter at 8:00 in the morning, got the kids dressed, realized I couldn't get a last minute babysitter, put a video on for the kids, took a breather, played with Macy, found a babysitter, fixed hair, put on makeup, drove the kids to the sitter, drove to Gig Harbor to meet friends for lunch, went to Goodwill, drove back to East Bremerton to pick up kids, visited with grandparents, drove home, cleaned house, made dinner, ate, cleaned milk, juice, and pee off the floor (thankfully its hardwood and the pee was from my potty training daughter), cleaned the dinner dishes (remember I'm 68% NOT lazy ;), sat down with the kiddos and Josh to do family devos, did the night time routine with the kids, put them in bed, prayed, and now...here I am...blogging. Should be reading or something more productive but...I'm not. Today, I didn't practice piano with Greyson, mop my floors, clean my bedroom, or finish the laundry but there's always tomorrow!

My mondays are always messy from the weekend too...I just don't clean and stuff on Sat or Sun usually...so I dislike Mondays too b/c I know i have dishes to do and laundry and a frontroom full of stuff not put away! blah!!!

I'd be in so much trouble to have received a call to be somewhere like that. I'd be rushing like you that is for sure!!
It is great reading about your day! I miss you all!! Hope you are doing well! :)
LOL--I agree with Joy!!! You also had me out of breath reading that~us prago ladies LOL sounds like a crazy day, mine are not that crazy yet, but i am sure they will be in a few years! LOL
I'd say a momma with 4 children ages 5 and under doesn't get the "luxury"(sp?) of being lazy! I'd say it's more like exhausted!! I remember those days and how guilty I would feel for sitting down to feed the baby because I just felt "lazy". Well, some older, wiser, godly woman corrected me and said I wasn't lazy, just tired. The tiredness is something we must push through and you do a great job of that, my dear!! Have a great day! Love ya!

What a day....I am so glad we had lunch together and went to goodwill. I remember when my boys were little...yes I had many of those "Manic Mondays" then, and I just had the two boys then:) Don't be too hard on yourself, I like what Emily said...you are tired and take those "moments" when you get a chance. You are such a sweet friend to me, I love you! I like the new look of your blog and I look forward to reading about your "Manic Mondays"
